The Kuvings B6000 Whole Slow Juicer is high-performance juicer that efficiently extracts juice from any given product you place in it. It features a three inch feed chute for placing larger pieces of produce.
More importantly, due to the slow rotation, the amount of oxidation is reduced which improves the juice nutritional value and taste.
This single auger vertical masticating slow juicer is Made in South Korea. It is the predecessor to the Kuvings C7000 Whole Slow Juicer Elite and is available in silver, white, and red.
Is a Masticating Juicer Right for You?
A centrifugal juicer is known for its speedy performance and is the least expensive of the three types of juicers. The yield of a masticating juicer is higher than that of a centrifugal juicer.
A twin gear juicer squeezes every last drop of your fruit and vegetable products. However, it is the most time-consuming to clean and the most expensive of the three kinds of juicers.
Masticating juicers have gained popularity recently, mainly due to their high juice yield. They’re otherwise known as slow juicers, as they usually run at a speed of 80 to 100 revolutions per minute (RPM).
Masticating juicers are more versatile and typically more expensive than centrifugal juicers. They can process leafy greens, nuts, and other ingredients to make nut milk, ice cream, sorbet, and similar products.
Who Is the Kuvings B6000 Whole Slow Juicer For?
Since this Kuvings juicer is considered a ‘slow’ juicer, it’s not meant for those who want to quickly prepare juice and get on with their day. Therefore, it’s better suited for those who like to take their time and enjoy the process of making juice.
This juicer operates at 60 RPM, which is slower than some other masticating juicers. The slow operation is appealing to those who value getting a high juice yield.
This Kuvings juicer is a quiet juicer, so you won’t have to worry about annoying or waking anyone up when you’re making juice early in the morning.
Even though Kuvings claims the chute can hold a whole apple, using cut produce is better.
Kuvings B6000 Series Whole Slow Juicer Features
The Kuvings B6000 Series Whole Slow Juicer has many features that make this product worth your money.
Masticating juicers are usually horizontal, but the Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer is vertical. This, along with its modern, stylish design, makes it convenient for a kitchen of any size and style. It’s also relatively lightweight for a masticating juicer, coming in at around 14 pounds (6.4 kilograms). This juicer is made with BPA free components.
This Kuvings juicer has a convenient 3-inch feed chute, which allows you to put whole fruits and vegetables in the juicer. This means that your prep time will be significantly shortened. Considering that masticating juicers usually come with relatively narrow chutes, this advantageous feature makes this Kuvings slow juicer stand out.
Nonetheless, some pre-cutting might be a good idea with fruits and vegetables with a denser consistency. For example, if you use carrots, ginger, pineapple, celery, and similar products, you should still cut them up before placing them in the feed chute.
Labeled as a ‘Whole Slow Juicer,’ the Kuvings B6000 contains a 3-in-1 multi-feature technology. In other words, you can use it to make fresh juice, nut milk, sorbets, and smoothies. You can also use it to make soy milk, baby food, pasta, ice cream, or any other type of soft food.
This juicer features low-speed masticating technology, preserving more nutrients and healthy enzymes while delaying the oxidation process. The result is high-quality juice that tastes delicious. In addition, the powerful 240W motor can crush the toughest ingredients, including whole fruits and vegetables.
Another great feature this juicer has is quiet operation. With its built-in low-noise design and slow-rotating motor, the juicer makes less noise and vibration than other masticating juicers.
Cleaning the Juicer
In cleaning the juicer, you’ll receive a rotating cleaner for the strainer and two brushes. Unfortunately, the detachable parts shouldn’t be put in the dishwasher, so you’ll have to wash them in the sink.
Cleanup is easier if you soak the juicing bowl in warm water for a few minutes. Extremely hot water should not be used when cleaning the juicer parts.
The Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer comes with a 10-year warranty.

How to Use the Kuvings Whole Slow B6000
Using the Kuvings B6000 Whole Slow Juicer will take you a minute or two to assemble it. If you’re unsure which piece goes where, please consult the manual you receive with the product.
To set everything up, make sure the red dots on each piece are aligned.
You’ll get two plastic containers, one for juice and the other one for pulp. They’re supposed to be positioned one beside the other, under the two spouts of the juicer.
Operating the Juicer
You can use soft and hard produce. Citrus fruits, leafy greens, nuts, and beans can all be processed. Other fruits and vegetables to juice are apples, carrots, broccoli, ginger, spinach, pineapples, lemons, and oranges.
While you can use this juicer to process leafy greens, it’s best to use them in combination with other produce. If you place green leafy vegetables in the feed chute by themselves, they might get stuck in the juicing strainer.
Steps to operate the juicer:
- Push the power button on the side of the body.
- Place any produce you want through the feed chute. If you want, gently push the fruits and vegetables with the pusher.
- Give your juicer time to process one product at a time before moving to the next one.
The juice cup holds up to 13 fluid ounces. When you’re done making your juice, you can drink it immediately or immediately store it in the fridge. The juice has a 72-hour shelf life, meaning it can stay in the refrigerator for up to three days.
If you purchase this Kuvings B6000 Whole Slow Juicer, you’ll receive accessories that will make using and cleaning this juicer easier. For example, with the Kuvings Cleaning Tool, you’ll be able to clean the trace residues in the juice strainer with no effort.
This rotating accessory is convenient because the detachable parts of the juicer are not dishwasher-safe, so you will have to wash them by hand in the sink. However, since only five or six pieces require cleaning, it won’t take much time. You’ll also get two smaller brushes for cleaning.
Another useful accessory is the Kuvings Convenient Smart Cap, which is detachable and drip-free. This accessory is ideal for making mixed juices and quick rinsing between recipes. You’ll also receive a Kuvings Sorbet Maker Attachment, which will allow you to switch out the strainer with the blank strainer for making delicious frozen desserts.
The juicer consists of 11 pieces (not counting the juicer base). These include a blank strainer, a juice cup, a juicing bowl, a juicing strainer, a lid, a pulp cup, a food pusher, a rotation wiper, and a few more parts.
Along with all these accessories, you’ll get a manual and a recipe book, which gives ideas for making juices, nut milks, ice cream, cocktails, smoothies, and frozen desserts.
If you want to add more fruits and vegetable juice to your eating plan, the Kuvings B6000 Series Whole Slow Juicer is a great product to use. The slow operation gives you the flexibility of making juice for a couple of days. This saves time cleaning your juicer. The vertical design saves a little bit of counter space.
Since this is a quiet juicer, operating at 60 RPM, you are able to make it anytime without disturbing others.
Alternative to Kuvings B6000 Series Whole Slow Juicer
If you want a high-performance masticating juicer like the Kuvings B6000 Series Whole Slow Juicer, an excellent alternative is the Omega NC1000HDS Juice Extractor & Nutrition System. As opposed to the Kuvings juicer, the Omega one is horizontal, so that it might take up a little bit more space on your kitchen counter.
The Omega NC1000HDS juicer comes with cold-pressing technology, so you’ll be able to make juice that not only tastes delicious but lasts longer too. What’s more, the Omega juicer is quite versatile, so you can use it to make juice, baby food, smoothies, ice cream, sorbet, salsa, soy milk, and many other recipes.
It’s a little faster than the Kuvings juicer, running at a speed of 80 RPM. Like the Kuvings machine, this juicer makes juice and pulp simultaneously. The pulp is fairly dry but not completely.
However, it has a smaller feed chute, so you will have to set aside time to cut the fruits and vegetables into smaller pieces before you process them.
